As the director of a free clinic, Vinograde will be watching to see how low-income Iowans fare once the ACA really gets going next year. Thank goodness for articles like this one, which help explain to the masses why it is important to continue supporting these privately-funded, volunteer-driven, community-owned clinics as they help fill lingering significant gaps in our pluralistic health care system.
